Your Moon Lake Property Owners Association Board of Directors is proposing that the Restrictions filed with Oscoda County and which affect your deed be changed for the first time since 1968.  Please click on the link (below) to see a letter from your Board explaining the needed changes and see both the current and proposed versions of the deed restrictions.  The Director for your area or one of the officers can answer questions.  You can e-mail the office at moonlakepoa@netscape.com or the director listed for your area or call the office at 989-786-9070 if you have questions or would like to register your vote.
